Our vendors are vetted based on their experience delivering high quality systems and services—from installation of hardware to continued monitoring, optimization, and energy advisory services.

NYSERDA is currently accepting applications Link opens in new window - close new window to return to this page. to become an RTEM+Tenants qualified vendor in the commercial office sector. Vendors interested in applying to become qualified may include:

  • RTEM system and service providers
  • Energy service companies (ESCOs)
  • Energy consultants
  • Engineering companies

Vendors must demonstrate that they can successfully provide building owners, operators, and tenants with ways to monitor energy use, provide optimization, and deliver energy efficiency services. Vendors can apply to be qualified as an RTEM system provider, an RTEM service vendor, or both.

RTEM System Vendors: develop, install, integrate, and host data collection hardware and software used to extract, store, process, and display energy information.

RTEM Service Vendors: provide energy consulting services using the data and analytics from RTEM systems to recommend, implement, and verify actionable items.
