News and Events
The Multifamily Contractor Network launched November 2024 and replaces the Multifamily Building Solutions Network (MBSN), which we are in the process of sunsetting. For information about benefits and resources available to you as a network Participating Contractor, please refer to the Multifamily Contractor Network page.
Program Options
Network Participating Contractors are eligible to participate in the following NYSERDA Programs:
- AMP Up – Provides financial incentives alongside hands-on technical and program support to help eligible multifamily buildings owners in upstate New York make cost-effective energy efficiency, electrification and resilience upgrades.
- FlexTech – Offers a cost share for the completion of an energy study.
- Onsite Energy Manager – Provides a cost-share to hire a dedicated full-time or part-time on-site energy manager for multifamily facilities or buildings.
- On-the-Job Training Program – Provides funding for employers to hire and train new workers.
- Clean Energy Internship Program– Provides funding for employers to hire interns for full-time or part-time internships.
Data Release Authorization Form (DRAFs)
DRAFs allow NYSERDA to pull customer utility data. Refer to program requirements to determine if DRAFs are required for your specific program. For programs that require DRAFs, please use this link (DRAF – Resident and Owner) to submit and sign all required DRAFs electronically.

- Attribution Logo – Participating Contractors are eligible to use a NYSERDA developed attribution logo in approved ways. Requests to access the attribution logo should be sent to [email protected]. Once your request is approved, you will receive the Guidelines for Logo Use document and may ONLY use the NYSERDA Attribution Logo in approved ways.

- Household Income Tool [XLSX] – The Household Income Tool can be used to establish whether a project qualifies for Low and Moderate Income (LMI) incentives based on the percentage of households below 150% or 80% of the Area Median Income.
