This Documents & Resources page is home to guidance documents and templates that can be used to help submit required documentation to the Low Carbon Pathways for Multifamily Buildings program.
Please be sure to download a new version of the documents for each project as documents may be updated periodically
- DRAF – Resident & Owner
Data Release Authorization Forms (DRAFs) allow NYSERDA to pull customer utility data. DRAFs are required as part of the Energy Use Snapshot application and at the As-Built stage. Reach out to your case manager for more details. - Photo Template and Sampling Instructions [PPTX]
Template with instructions for photo submissions and sampling guidelines for photo inspections - Workscope Tools and Measure Package Requirement Details - The Workscope Tool is prepared by consultants as part of the different stages of the project. It is an Excel-based spreadsheet used to summarize the project work and demonstrate compliance with the Program requirements. The Measure Package Requirement Details is a PDF that lays out the minimum program requirements and submittal package details for each measure.
