Our panel system is a prefab off-site building solution that helps maintain architectural integrity while providing superior performance over other solutions in the market. Our panel is airtight, moisture-resistant and has a high R value.
The panels are built with 5 layers: polyester, OSB, EPS in different thicknesses, polyester and a finishing layer. Thanks to our unique gluing process, we are able to reach performance levels not seen with other off-site solutions. The adhesive penetrates deeply into the insulation panel and ensures an optimal connection between the insulating layers and the building. Our Net-Zero panel can also be designed and fabricated in order to adopt to the contour of exterior wall. It was developed in Europe and is one the most cost effective well tested solution on the market.

Dextall’s factory assembled unitized exterior walls are ready to be installed with windows and cladding materials already in place. The installation process is easy – panels are stacked like building blocks, eliminating scaffolding. This process allows for faster Installation, fewer mistakes, fewer laborers onsite, leading to cost savings and increased product finished product quality.
Trained and certified installation partners install Dextall unitized panels.
Dextall walls are 40% more energy efficient than standard, building code-compliant onsite built walls. Dextall walls can help buildings achieve Net-Zero or Passive house standard certifications in retrofit and new construction applications. A mechanical system can also be integrated into Dextall prefab walls.
Dextall integrates proprietary digital tools to optimize design processes, eliminating 24 months of unnecessary coordination and speeding up the exterior design process by up to 20 times. Clients know exact costs using “Dextall Studio” at the earliest design stages.
