NYSERDA’s Small Business Financing Program offers small business, including multifamily building owners, and not-for-profit organizations an On-Bill Recovery Loan option to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy projects. This financing opportunity provides access to upfront capital for energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades that improve energy efficiency and lower energy bills.
