Project Description
The Syracuse Bread Factory is an adaptive reuse of 200 Maple St, located within a New York State designated disadvantaged community in Syracuse. The project will transform a vacant commercial structure to a mixed-use residential and commercial building, including 19 market rate units, event rooms and studio space within 3 stories and 60,600 square feet. The project will utilize a ground source heat pump for heating, cooling and domestic hot water, solar photovoltaic system with battery storage, high performance envelope, triple paned windows, centralized energy recovery ventilation, electric vehicle charging stations, and provides bicycle storage and a courtyard for residents.
