What Does it Cost to Construct Buildings of Excellence?

NYSERDA intends to offer useful and impactful information related to the cost of constructing Buildings of Excellence projects. The data presented in the cost data workbook reflects project estimates of total construction cost, incremental cost (compared to identified baseline), anticipated incentives, and anticipated tax credits as well as building attribute categories which are known to impact performance. This information is intended to be used for educational purposes. Data is presented in detailed as well as aggregated forms to show correlations between identified building attributes and overall project costs. This information is preliminary and will be updated to reflect evolving project data.
