Voluntary Sales - Vintage 2026
This page includes information on the Vintage 2026 Voluntary Sales as described under the Phase 5 Implementation plan. NYSERDA is pleased to offer Vintage 2026 Tier 1 RECs in the upcoming Voluntary Pre-Sale for Vintage 2026 Tier 1 RECs. These Tier 1 RECs will be sourced from a variety of Renewable Energy Projects located in New York State. In addition, the Tier 1 RECs will be composed of various fuel sources including Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric. This page also includes important dates to note for the program. Pricing and Quantities of Tier 1 RECs to be sold during the Voluntary Pre-Sale for Vintage 2025 Tier 1 RECs have been announced by NYSERDA CES Team. See below for more information.
Voluntary Pre-Sale
The 2026 Voluntary Tier 1 REC Pre-Sale will last 14 days beginning on 7/30/2025 at 7am EST and ending on 8/13/2025 at 7pm EST. For a step by step breakdown on how to submit an order, utilize this slide deck from the Buyers Webinar [PDF] held in 2024.
