To access financing through the GJGNY Residential Financing Program, a customer must have one of the following:

Heat Pump Energy Audit
Residential Clipboard Energy Efficiency Assessment
Energy Assessment

Web Proforma Plus Calculated savings, using the Program Specific Energy Savings Calculators, are to be used to populate the Web Proforma Plus to determine financing cost effectiveness as required by the Green Jobs-Green New York (GJGNY) legislation. Information about the GJGNY Residential Financing Program, including audit or assessment requirements for each NYSERDA program, can be found in the GJGNY Financing Program Manual, listed below.

Comfort Home Projects

Comfort Home ProForma Report (download from the New York Home Energy Portal )
Submit the following to EFS:
- Web ProForma Summary
- Contract (signed by both you and the customer)
- Post-Install Measure Report (download from the New York Home Energy Portal , signed by both you and the customer)

EmPower+ and Market-Rate Residential Energy Assessment Program Projects

Invoice ProForma Report (download from the New York Home Energy Portal )
Submit the following to EFS:
- Web ProForma Summary
- Contract (signed by both you and the customer)
- For EmPower+ Projects: Test Out Form (download from the New York Home Energy Portal , signed by both you and the customer)
- For Market-Rate Residential Energy Assessment Program Projects: Certificate of Completion [PDF] (signed by both you and the customer)

PSEG-Long Island Home Performance Program Projects

PSEGLI Home Performance Rebate Application Workbook
Submit the following to EFS:
- Completed Web ProForma Summary
- Contract or invoice (signed by both you and the customer)
