Drive Clean Rebate Data

NYSERDA’s Drive Clean Rebate is helping thousands of New Yorkers drive electric. Interactive dashboards provide several ways to see how, when, and where New Yorkers are buying electric cars and taking advantage of the rebate:

• Drive Clean Rebate Primary Statistics: Contains information on which models and technologies are most popular, when New Yorkers claimed their rebates, which car dealers are making the most sales, and more.
• Drive Clean Rebate Recipient Map: Provides aggregated information on the rebate by ZIP code and county.
• Electric Vehicle and EV Charging Station Data: Includes multiple tools and data sources related to EV ownership and charging stations in New York State.
• Electric Vehicle Registration Map: Outlines EV registration by make, model, and county in New York State using Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) data.

Statistics, which are updated monthly, are available through two months prior to the current month. For example, October statistics will be available in December, and statistics through November will go live in January.
