New York State Programs & Incentives

Charge Ready NY—Rebates for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations (up to $4,000 per charging port installed). This can be combined with a New York State tax credit. Learn more.

Workplace Charging Station New York State Tax Credits—Income tax credits of up to $5,000 for investments in alternative fuels and electric vehicle recharging stations.

Drive Clean Rebate for Plug-In Electric Cars—Rebates of up to $2,000 for new, plug-in electric vehicle car purchases or leases. This can be combined with a federal tax credit. Learn more.

New York State Truck Voucher Incentive Program—Voucher incentives for the purchase of alternative fuel trucks and buses and verified diesel emission control (VDEC) technologies. Incentives are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Learn more.

National Grid Programs & Incentives

Tiered Incentive Program (Upstate New York)—Up to 25 percent in financial incentives to complete a number of energy efficiency projects (including electric vehicle purchases) for large commercial and industrial customers.
