PON 2631 - Behavior Research and Energy Decision Making
The goal of this solicitation is to design, conduct and evaluate behavior research pilots designed to influence clean energy- and water-related behavior and decisions in New York State. The results will be used to increase the effectiveness of programs designed to promote energy conservation and energy-efficiency (in buildings, transportation and water use), and investment in renewable energy in New York State. The results of the pilots will be published as case study summaries and made widely available through NYSERDA’s website, and the details published in peer-reviewed papers and presented at professional conferences. NYSERDA may convene a workshop and publish a book of papers to disseminate the results of the behavior pilots conducted under this solicitation.
The behavior LISTSERVs (1. Clean energy programs seeking behavior experts to partner; and 2.
