This virtual Pro Tour will offer participants a behind-the-scenes look at a unique renovation currently underway in Manhattan: the transformation of a historic firehouse into four units of PHI-certified passive housing. The project team is aiming for PHI EnerPhit certification and will detail some of the specific challenges and opportunities associated with bringing a distributed energy resource to a building of this scale.
