NYSERDA offers two loan options to help New York State residents finance energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements made through NYSERDA’s programs. NYSERDA offers lower interest rates to lower income New Yorkers and those who cannot qualify for traditional financing.
Use the interest rate estimator below to determine which interest rate may be available to you. You must submit a credit application and meet all of NYSERDA’s qualifying criteria to determine your final interest rate which will be calculated by a loan professional.
Please note, the income range in the chart below is based upon the total household income of the occupants of the building where the clean energy project will be installed.
