Featured Programs

Charge Ready NY
Offers public and private organizations that install Level 2 EV charging station at public parking facilities, workplaces, and multifamily apartment buildings rebates of $4,000 per charging port.

Clean Heating & Cooling Communities
Work with community-based organizations, local governments, and other partners to promote the adoption of clean heating and cooling technologies in your community. Receive grants of up to $200,000 to design and implement multi-year community outreach and education campaigns.

Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Program
Incentives of up to $2.5 million are available for the installation of CHP systems up to 3 MW.

Data Centers
Offers performance-based incentives to help data center owners and operators offset the cost of investments in energy efficiency and IT productivity projects in their data centers, including those found on college and university campuses.

Energy Storage
Engages individuals and organizations involved in building, installing, integrating, or researching energy storage technology.

NY-SUN
Provides financial incentives to help reduce the installation costs associated with solar electric systems larger than 200kW.

On-site Energy Manager
Cost-sharing for an on-site energy manager to drive energy and operational improvements on campus.

Real Time Energy Management (RTEM)
RTEM uses technologies to collect data about a building, and uses that data to optimize the building’s energy usage.  This program supports building owners and building management companies and the RTEM system and service providers who help them to select, install, and use appropriate RTEM systems.

Renewable Heat NY (RHNY)
Provides incentives toward the installed costs of high-efficiency, low-emission wood heating systems for homeowners and businesses without access to natural gas.

Small Wind Turbine Program
Incentives are available to support installation of behind-the-meter, on-site wind energy systems, with a maximum equipment size of 2 MW per site per customer.

Workforce Training: Building Operations and Maintenance
Get up to $400,000 to support the implementation of an on-site training program for your facilities and operations staff to enhance their ability to manage buildings in accordance with energy management best practices.
