Salesforce Training and Resources

On Wednesday, August 31, 2016, NY-Sun will begin transition from PowerClerk to Salesforce(NYSERDA Portal), a customer relationship management software application, for the Residential/Small Commercial and Commercial/Industrial MW Blocks applications. The last day for submissions through Powerclerk and program inboxes will be August 31, and the new NYSERDA Portal will open on Thursday, September 8, 2016.

Contractor Reference Guides

The following reference guides are intended to assist in navigating the NYSERDA Portal. The guides will be updated and expanded over time.

Access to Salesforce

Each participating company will receive one login for the Salesforce sandbox. Companies will receive a different login will to access the actual NYSERDA Portal. Companies are responsible for updating their own company information (address, phone numbers, users) and can create additional logins in the NYSERDA Portal.
