Residential Energy Efficiency
Welcome to the Consumer Education Program for Residential Energy Efficiency (CEPREE). CEPREE is a statewide, energy efficiency consumer education program.
The goals of this program are to:
- Increase consumer awareness on the importance of energy efficiency and educate consumers on the multiple benefits of energy efficiency and building practices that support these principles;
- Promote specific programs that encourage the purchase and installation of energy efficient products and the incorporation of comprehensive building practices;
- Spur consumer demand through education and incentive programs; and
- Develop and support the midstream market infrastructure that brings these products and practices to customers.
