Complete the Partnership Agreement [PDF] and provide two (2) copies to the address listed below. The copies must have original signatures.
Compile submission requirement document identified in page A-1 of the Partnership Agreement and make two copies for mailing. Please attach the completed Submittal Checklist [PDF] to these copies. Also, you are strongly encouraged to use the Case Study Template [DOC] when compiling the necessary case studies.

The applicant must be approved by NYSERDA’s technical evaluation panel and must complete NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program orientation on the program’s requirements to become a qualified Multifamily Performance Partner able to serve the Program.
