Pre-Qualified incentives are provided to encourage applicants to purchase and install more energy-efficient equipment for small-sized energy projects and equipment replacement projects. These incentives are available on a dollar-per-unit basis for specified energy efficiency measures.
Applicants can receive up to $30,000 in Pre-Qualified incentives per facility per calendar year.

How to Apply
Applications must be submitted up to 90 days after project completion.
In order to be considered for Pre-Qualified incentives, equipment must be installed by September 30, 2015 and applications must be submitted by October 30, 2015 by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Review the eligibility page and appropriate Pre-Qualified incentive worksheet(s) from the options below to confirm that the equipment you have chosen will meet the eligibility criteria
- Within 90 days of project completion, complete and submit online a Consolidated Funding Application. Please keep a record of the 5-digit application number.
- Complete the relevant Incentive Worksheet(s) from the options below, and gather the supporting documents outlined in the worksheets. Submit these documents to NYSERDA either by attaching them to your online application, or by emailing them to EFPPQAdmin@nyserda.ny.gov. If submitting documentation by email, please reference the associated 5-digit application number.
