New York State Regulations Regarding NYSERDA
You can access the NYSERDA regulations by following the steps below:
- Visit the above link titled New York State Codes, Rules, and Regulations (NYCRR).
- You will be directed to the Department of State Division of Administrative Rules page. Click on the "VIEW THE UNOFFICIAL NYCRR HERE" link.
- Then click on THE “TITLE 21. MISCELLANEOUS” link.
- Click on the plus sign (+) next to “Chapter XI New York State Energy Research and Development Authority” to expand NYSERDA’s regulations.
