Consumer Services and Events Management (CSEM) is a full-service unit that supports NYSERDA’s programs and initiatives by engaging and educating all sectors of New York’s energy consumers concerning the variety of financial and technical assistance programs available through NYSERDA. The goals are to help lower energy costs, improve environmental awareness, reduce energy consumption and build on New York’s growing clean-tech economy.
CSEM achieves these goals through a statewide effort that includes: exhibiting at home and trade shows, conferences and expos, providing speakers for content at conferences, sponsorship opportunities for energy or environmental events, and participating in public events such as ribbon cuttings, ground breaking ceremonies and press events.
