In an effort to support state efficiency goals, NYSERDA seeks to collaborate with apprenticeship providers.
Internships
Internships combine academic learning with real world, work experiences. NYSERDA seeks to develop additional internships tailored to the unique needs and interests of the learner and business. For example, funding from NYSERDA helped sponsor the CUNY Building Performance Lab Intern Energy Program
, which places students in a variety of energy measurement, management and research projects.
Find a Training Program
Once you finish all training and receive your certification, your Clean Energy Career
awaits. In cooperation with the New York State Department of Labor, NYSERDA gears its training to help students gain the knowledge and tools necessary to join the green collar workforce.
