Manufacturing Partner Eligibility Requirements
There are four eligibility requirements that must be met to participate in the Program:
1. Manufacture one or more of the following ENERGY STAR qualified or energy-efficient product lines:
- Appliances
- Home Electronics
- Energy-efficient Lighting
- Selected Power Management Equipment
2. Sign the Manufacturer Participation Agreement
3. Submit quarterly shipping data
4. Distribute product to retailers in the New York State Energy $martSM territory
