  • Offshore Wind 2018 Solicitation
    NYSERDA's 2018 Offshore Solicitation (ORECRFP18-1) called for proposals from offshore wind developers to deliver offshore wind energy to New York State. Competitively selected projects enter into contracts to sell Offshore Wind Renewable Energy Certificates (ORECs) to NYSERDA on behalf of New York electricity ratepayers statewide.
