Rater and Technician - New Construction

To maintain an edge in today’s real estate market, more builders are incorporating energy-efficiency measures and sustainable design into home construction. There is an increasing need for technicians and Home Energy Raters to test and verify that these high-performance homes meet the necessary energy and environmental standards. If you’re looking for a career in the construction industry, or looking to expand your business services, become a Home Energy Rater for New York ENERGY STAR® Homes and/or a Green Residential Building Program Technician.
