Executive Order 87 - Continuing the Suspension or Modification of Certain Provisions of Law and Regulations
Governor Cuomo's Executive Order 87 (EO87)
extends Executive Order 81, regarding the suspension of Section 19-0325 of the Environmental Conservation Law (see below), until January 18, 2013.

Governor Cuomo's Executive Order 81 (EO81)
extends Executive Order 59 (see below) until January 3, 2013.
Executive Order 59- Temporary Suspension of Motor and Heating Oil Limitations
Governor Cuomo's Executive Order 59 (EO 59)
suspended the requirements of ECL section 19-0325 regarding the sale of number 2 heating oil sold in certain locations in New York State. EO 59, as it regards ECL section 19-0325, will expire on December 4, 2012. Any non-compliant number 2 heating oil that is in the distribution system for areas covered by this suspension on December 4, 2012, and that is in possession of parties other than retailers and wholesale purchaser consumers, must meet requirements of 19-0325 no later than December 4, 2012. Retailers and wholesale purchaser consumers may continue selling or dispensing non-compliant number 2 heating oil until supplies in their possession or control are depleted. Please also note that, prior to the expiration of EO 59, DEC will work with the Governor's Office and NYSERDA to determine if the suspension of section 19-0325 should be extended.
