Renewables

• Photovoltaic (PV) Installers - There are important program requirements and features to be considered before installing a PV system. Understanding how the PV Incentive Program works and the importance of choosing and working with a certified, eligible installer are key factors to successfully installing a PV system.
• Solar Hot Water (Solar Thermal) Installers - Financial incentives are available for qualified customers who wish to install Solar Thermal systems through the Solar Thermal Incentive Program. Eligible Installers are those who have demonstrated technical competence in the Solar Thermal field and who have signed written agreements with NYSERDA.
• Wind Installers - Eligible installers have been selected based on their experience installing wind systems, training, education, and recommendations from past customers. Installer performance will be continually monitored through inspections, customer feedback, and ability to meet all program terms and conditions.
• Energy $mart Communities Coordinators - NYSERDA works with Community Coordinators strategically located throughout the State to help extend NYSERDA's program outreach to residential, commercial, institutional, municipal, and industrial customers.

Commercial/Industrial

• Commercial Lighting Business Partner - The New York Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Commercial Lighting Program promotes effective, energy-efficient lighting by providing training and assistance to lighting practitioners in designing and installing these systems in commercial areas.
• FlexTech Consultant - NYSERDA's FlexTech Program provides New York State commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and not-for-profit sectors with objective and customized information to help customers make informed energy decisions.
• HVAC Manufacturer and Distributor Business Partner - The New York Energy $martSM Unitary HVAC program is designed to increase the availability, promotion, sale and long-term performance of energy efficient commercial and industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products and services.
• Motor Business Partners - This list is prepared as a service for customers interested in increasing the energy efficiency of their electric motors.
• Energy $mart Communities Coordinators - NYSERDA works with Community Coordinators strategically located throughout the State to help extend NYSERDA's program outreach to residential, commercial, institutional, municipal, and industrial customers.
• Constituency Based Organizations - The GJGNY Program delivers services in targeted communities with the support of Constituency Based Organizations (CBOs). CBOs recruit residential, small businesses, Not-for-Profits (NFP), and multi-family building owners into the energy audit and financing programs; and encourage individuals to take advantage of clean energy training opportunities.
• Small Commercial Energy Efficiency Lenders - NYSERDA works with lenders across New York State to offer small businesses, not-for-profits and multifamily building owners access to low-interest financing for energy efficiency improvements.

Residential

• Residential Contractor - A Residential Contractor can provide a comprehensive, whole-house assessment to find out how to improve your home's energy efficiency through the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program or Green Jobs - Green New York Program. Once improvements have been identified they can even do the work.
• New York ENERGY STAR^® Certified Home Builder - New York ENERGY STAR Certified Home Builders can provide homeowners with comfortable, durable, environmentally friendly homes that are cost-effective to own and operate through the New York ENERGY STAR Certified Homes Program.
• Green Residential Building Technicians (GRB) - GRB Technicians can assist homeowners looking to go beyond energy-efficiency by building a green home through the Green Residential Building Program.
• Retailers - Energy-efficient or ENERGY STAR - products deliver the same (or more) services for less energy while helping to protect the environment. Find a retailer near you selling energy efficient or ENERGY STAR products.
• Compact Fluorescent Lighting (CFL) Recycling Centers - Careful recycling of CFLs prevents the release of mercury into the environment and allows for the reuse of glass, metals and other materials that make up CFLs. NYSERDA recommends that consumers take advantage of available local recycling options for CFLs.
• Appliance Recycling Centers - By recycling our old appliances and replacing them with ENERGY STAR qualified models, you can make positive impact on our environment. Find an appliance recycler near you.
• Residential Loan Fund Lenders - The Residential Loan Fund currently offers Eligible Borrowers an Interest Rate Reduction on loans used for the purchase and installation of certain eligible energy efficiency improvements to qualified Existing 1- to 4- Family Homes. Eligible Borrowers must be approved for financing through a Participating Residential Loan Fund Lender.
• Home Energy Systems (HERS) Rater - HERS Raters provide energy-efficiency strategies and test for new residential construction. They offer two major types of services: technical assistance to builders and conduction HERS ratings.

• Multifamily Existing Buildings Performance Partner - The Multifamily Performance Program relies on an approved network of building performance specialists who have demonstrated the ability to provide a range of energy and operational services to existing multifamily buildings.
• Multifamily New Construction Performance Partner - The Multifamily Performance Program relies on an approved network of building performance specialists who have demonstrated the ability to provide a range of energy and operational services for multifamily new construction.
