NYARM Building Management Expo
NYSERDA is exhibiting at this event.
The New York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM) is dedicated to raising the standard of excellence for the real estate and property management professionals through education, information, legislative initiatives and a peer network that makes NYARM the benchmark for technological advancement and career enhancement.
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s (NYSERDA’s) Multifamily Performance Program (MPP), the marquee program in NYSERDA's Multifamily Energy Performance Portfolio, is available for multifamily buildings with five or more units and four or more floors. Both market-rate and affordable-rent buildings are eligible. The program provides property owners, builders, co-op and condo governing boards the expertise, technology and incentives to permanently improve their building’s energy performance through proven technologies. Incentives come in the form of per unit payments. Existing buildings that project at least 20% energy reduction in the Energy Reduction Plan may also be eligible for an additional Performance payment.
NYSERDA’s Focus on Commercial Real Estate (Focus CRE) is New York State's new business-focused initiative to enable commercial building owners, managers, and tenants to maximize the returns of going green. We offer technical and real estate expertise to help you identify sound energy efficiency investments. Take advantage of NYSERDA's range of financial incentives to help jumpstart your energy investments and learn how to track your building's performance to achieve short-term results, track long-term strategies, and to be considered for achievement awards. You may decide to apply for an ENERGY STAR® building label or U.S. Green Building Council LEED® certification.
Visit NYSERDA at Exhibit Booth #16 to speak to our representatives and learn more details about our energy efficient programs. While you’re there, read some of our success stories and pick up copies of cases studies of multifamily buildings, both new construction and existing buildings that have achieved significant savings through the Multifamily Performance Program!
