Project Description

This contractor won a competitive bid under program opportunity notice 1686 for solar system incentives for commercial projects in New York State. Project implementation required the contractor to meet Federal reporting and U.S. Department of Labor wage guidelines for all projects.

Provided solar electric system incentives for large system sizes not offered by other NYSERDA programs. Competitive bidding process dropped average system incentive below current NYSERDA solar incentive.

Project Results

Alteris Renewables completed one commercial PV installation (190kW) in upstate New York in a timely and professional manner. Alteris Renewables was also a NYSERDA eligible installer.
