Submetering Your Building's Electricity: Paying for What You Use (The Cooperator, Sept. 2011)

For the [condo and co-op] board and management, there are government incentives for the process. For example, the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) earlier this year released its Advanced Submetering Program.
