NYSERDA offers incentives for the installation of new grid-connected solar electric (also known as photovoltaic or PV) systems up to 200 kW that offset the use of grid-supplied electricity. Solar electric systems must be sized primarily to serve project load. See NY-Sun Incentive Program Manual for Residential and Small Commercial for complete rules and regulations.

When viewing the dashboard, hold your cursor over a column in any chart to get the block details such as block open or closed, the total number of MW and the incentive assigned to the block, and the percentage of the block still available for applications.
