HVCC Expands Clean Tech High School
Ballston Spa Central School and Hudson Valley Community College are expanding their clean technology and sustainable industry program to accept 100 high school juniors and seniors next year
The program, which was introduced in September, is designed to offer college credits to high school students interested in pursuing careers in wind power, solar and renewable energy. A total of 25 high school students from Ballston Spa Central Schools and Saratoga Springs City Schools currently are enrolled in the first-year pilot program.
