Clinton: Confidence in New York 'exploded'
Former President Bill Clinton’s address to state business leaders offered a sort of national good-ideas tour combined with abundant praise for what Gov. Andrew Cuomo — Clinton’s HUD secretary — has done for New York’s business climate in his first months in office
It was something of a mutual-appreciation society. In his introduction, Cuomo noted the expansion of the national economy under Clinton, and said New York was now working from the state version of that playbook. … We’re now a facilitator of business; we’re not a frustrater of business.
