Students from Ballston Spa Saratoga Springs High School take Advanced Courses in Renewable Energy at TEC-SMART

Twenty Ballston Spa High School students will join seven juniors from Saratoga Springs High School to take part in the new, two-year “Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries” program in conjunction with Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) and its Malta-based TEC-SMART campus

“The new program at TEC-SMART is pretty exciting,” said Assistant Principal David Sunkes. “The program is a great opportunity for students [interested] in the renewable energies field to spend half the day at that campus where they’re actually taking college credits.”
