Getting to Luther Forest is Getting Easier
State plans two roundabouts to ease traffic congestion caused by construction.
MALTA -- The town of Malta is getting two new roundabouts to help accommodate traffic en route to Luther Forest Technology Campus, home of the $4.6 billion GlobalFoundries computer chip factory.
