Competition for computer chip fabs will not allow complacency
The message from Norm Armour was pretty clear: We cannot sit back now that the long-awaited GlobalFoundries chip plant is being built.
Construction is well underway. The plant is an impressive sight that gives a visitor the sense of its scale and the impact that is yet to come.
