Globalfoundries Lines up French Company to Operate Gas Yard
Air Liquide, a specialty and industrial gas supplier, has won a contract to operate a two-acre gas yard to serve GlobalFoundries’ $4.6 billion computer chip plant in Malta.
The French gas company, which generated $15.7 billion in total revenue last year, will supply nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and other specialty gases from a multi-million dollar gas yard next to the chip plant.
